It is Thursday morning, sunny and autumn-cool, and Mosbacher, a rabbi from Oakland, is standing across Pennsylvania Avenue from the White House as a protester calling for tougher gun laws.
What came through loud and clear this past week, however, is that -- rather than descend into violence and chaos -- the citizens of Cleveland chose to express their feelings of anger and dismay in a way that elevated their passionate message. Nothing got lost in a flash of fire or pile of rubble.
